Cheezy Chicken Kebabs

Makes around  15-18 kababs
This is one recipe of my creation that   your family will tell you to make again and again in sha Allah.
Firstly  cook 500 gms of chicken  with 1 tbsp garlic  paste,  half tbsp ginger paste and salt. Cook till done and shread it . Keep aside.

In a pan heat 4 tbsp butter , add 5 tbsp maida and saute well , add 1.5 cups of milk and stir well till no lumps remain. , add salt , half tsp white pepper  powder , the shredded  chicken  and mix well till a thick  batter is formed . Switch off heat and let cool , then mix in lots of chopped  coriander and 4-5 chopped  green chillies . Keep this in  the fridge for 1 hour .

Grate 200 gms of cheese ( processed  or mozzarella  or mix of both) and mix 1 tsp red chilli  flakes and half tsp oregano . You have to mix it with light hands , don’t mash it.

Grease your hands with oil and flatten a ball of chicken  filling and stuff it with the cheese mix . Shape it in a pattie/disc form or whatever shape is convenient  for u to make ) dip in egg and coat with fresh bread crumbs  or panko . Fry on medium high  heat till golden n crisp . Serve hot with ketchup.
