Cheezy Chicken Icicles

A must try starter that is super easy and ur family and quests r going to love how it’s presented

Cook 250 gms of boneless chicken with salt , 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, and 1 tsp green chilli paste. Cook till dry and shred finely .
Mix together the shredded chicken, half cup boiled corn , 1 finely chopped capsicum ,6 tbsp mayonnaise, 100 gm grated cheese ( processed or mozzarella any is fine) , 1 tsp red chilli flakes, half tsp oregano , half tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , salt and some chopped coriander . Mix everything well and keep aside.

Mix together little Maida and water to make a paste to stick

Remove sides of bread and flatten with help of a rolling pin . Apply Maida paste on sides and fold the bread like a cone . Stuff the filling and close the top by pressing from the sides . Poke a Icecream stick ( optional) and keep aside

Grind some fresh bread with a pinch of powdered red food color, this will form fresh-coloured bread crumbs.

Dip each cone in beaten egg , coat with crumbs and deep fry till golden. Serve hot.
