Cheezy Chicken Corn Samosa
Firstly Cook 250 gms of chicken with salt, and 1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste. Cook Till Done and dry. Shred and keep aside
Chopperise 1 onion, 2 tbsp garlic cloves, and 8-10 green chilli together.
In a pan Heat 6 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter. Add the chopped spices and sauté till fragrant. Then pour a mix of 1 cup milk and 1.5 tbsp each of cornflour and maida. Cook on Medium Heat and keep stirring till very thick. Switch off heat
In a bowl mix together the shredded chicken, 1 cup crushed corn ( roughly blend it) , the prepared batter, 200 gm mozzarella cheese, salt, and lots of chopped coriander. Mix well and make samosas. Fry till golden and crisp. Serve hot immediately.
