Cheezy Chicken  Bites

For the dough , mix 1 cup warm milk , 2 tbsp yeast  , 2 tbsp sugar and mix it and keep aside  for 10 mins , then mix it with 2 cups maida , and salt to taste , knead to a soft dough, lastly  apply some oil and keep aside covered  for 2hrs.
For filling …Finely  chop 250 gms of boneless  chicken  and marinate  it with , 1 tsp garlic paste  , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , 2 tbsp tomato ketchup,  2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp red chilli  powder , and salt. Let marinate for half hour , and cook in a kadhai  with v little oil till done . In a bowl mix together  the cooked chicken, half cup boiled corn , 1 chopped  capsicum  , 100 gm grated processed  or mozzarella  cheese , 4 tbsp mayonnaise  and some chopped  coriander.
Take a small ball of dough and flatten it on ur palm , put a tbsp of filling and close the dough from all sides . Place the stuffed balls in a greased tray and brush with egg , sprinkle some white till and kalongi . Cover the tray and keep aside for 15 mins .
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 -20 mins or till golden. Once done apply some butter on top and serve hot.
