Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks

Super simple yet super delicious. A must try.

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)

In a bowl mix half cup melted butter , 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic ,1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp mixed herbs and a pinch of salt.

Grease your oven tray or nonstick pan if making on stove. Spread a thin layer of dough with the help of greased hands. Apply a generous amount of garlic butter and sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 min or till golden . Or cover n cook on the stove till done.

Ps. If u want a crisp base … pre bake just the bread till golden , then apply garlic butter and cheese and then rebake. thats it , serve hot.
