Cheesy Chicken Crepes

A delicious recipe for weekends and also for ramadan .
Take 250 gms of chicken mince (hand made is preferable) and marinate with 1 tbsp tandoori masala (I’ve used from @shahi_garam.masala) , 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp oregano and salt to taste. Marinate for half hour . Add little oil in a kadhai and cook till chicken is tender .
Let cool and mix in 100 gms of grated cheese , 1 big chopped onion , lots of chopped coriander and 1 tsp chaat masala ( ive used shahi chatkhara ) you can also add some chopped green chilli if u like more spicy.

Beat 2 eggs with half cup milk , pinch of salt n pepper and keep aside ( this is optional u can skip if u wish)

For the crepe batter , take half cup maida , 1 egg , salt , pinch of pepper ,2 tbsp meletd butter , 1 cup milk and enough water to make a thin pourable batter .
Slightly grease a nonstick tava and pour little batter and spread on the tava . Cook for few seconds on both sides and remove. Make all crepes and keep aside.

Take a crepe and put the filling in the centre , and 2 tbsp beaten egg mix . Fold from all 4 sides and grill in the pan with little oil on medium heat till golden ( slightly keep pressing with spatula while grilling).
Serve hot with green chutney n ketchup.
