Cheese Pakora

This is such a easy and quick recipe  , just 1 minus point u have to eat it garma  garam  , Or else the cheese will set again and coating  will get soft.
The one we get in lonavala  just has chana aata , salt and soda.  We make it with a bit more ingredients to make it tastier .
Mix together  1 cup chana aata  , 1 tsp red  chilli flakes , a pinch of ajwain , a pinch of hing , some chopped  coriander  , less than half a pinch of baking soda,  salt and water to make a paste thick enough to coat the cheese but thin enough  to make a crispy coating . Add 2 tbsp of hot oil and mix well .
Slice processed cheese into thin triangles  or squares and dip in batter and deep fry till golden .
Serve immediately with ghati  masala or ketchup  or green chutney.
