Cheese Burst Garlic Bread

Cheese lovers don’t miss out on this one

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida, 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast, salt to taste, knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top. Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)

In a bowl mix half cup melted butter, 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp mixed herbs and a pinch of salt and some chopped coriander. Keep aside

To make molten cheese -In a bowl mix 200 gms of grated processed cheese, 1 teaspoon butter and half cup of milk .melt in a microwave or double boiler slightly and then blend it into a fine paste. Keep aside

Roll a ball of dough into an oblong shape with help of some flour, put it on a greased oven tray and apply a generous layer of molten cheese ( leave little space from the edges and apply )
Now take a very small ball of the same dough and roll it into a very thin oblong shape, slightly smaller than the previous one.
Put it on top of the molten cheese and close the edges by pinching both the oblongs together .( that was a bit difficult to explain in words, if u don’t understand Then dm me I’ll explain)
Now apply a generous amount of the garlic butter mix and sprinkle lots of grated mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven on the highest temperature for 15 mins or till golden.
Serve hot. And enjoy the burst of cheese in your mouth.
