Charcoal Shawarma

This is surely going to be the best street style shawarma recipe that u have tried .

In a grinder , blend together 3 whole Kashmiri red chilli, 8-9 cloves of garlic , salt , 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp koota hua Dhanya , 1 chicken stock cube and juice of 1 lime . Blend together to a fine paste and apply on 500 gms of thin slabs of boneless chicken. Do coal dhungaar and Let marinate for 1-2 hours. Then grill in. A pan with little oil till done and then char each pc of chicken on direct flame over a few pcs of coal to give burnt effect . Slice the chicken and keep aside

For the sauce , firstly grind 6-7 cloves of garlic , 1 egg , salt to taste , 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp vinegar. Blend it for 10-15 seconds and then add 1 cup of regular oil , little by little and keep grinding. You will get a thick garlic mayo , to this add 1 tbsp mustard sauce , and 50 gms of grated processed cheese and blend a little . Add little milk to blend if you feel the mix is very thick . Your cheesy garlic sauce is ready .

Cut carrot , cucumber and beet root into julienne and add little salt and vinegar. Mix and keep aside for 2 hours .

Take a pita bread and roast it slightly on direct flame. Now on the pita bread put a generous dollop of the sauce and 1 tbsp red chilli sauce. Spread nicely and if you like put some sliced cabbage ( or skip ) then put some French fries , pickled veggies , jalapeños and then chicken and some extra sauce if you like . Wrap and serve immidiately. Enjoyyyyy.

If you want you can also put olives and more grated cheese while making.
