Chapli Kabab

This again is a very easy and quick recipe and ull be surprised with the taste with such few ingredients.
In a processor blend together, 500 gm keema , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp garlic paste ,, 2 tsp red chilli flakes , 6 chopped green chillies , salt , chaat masala 2 tsp , makai aata 3 tbsp , 2 onions chopped , 2 tsp garam masala powder, 2 eggs, some chopped coriander , 2 tbsp koota dhanya . Blend well . Remove in a bowl and mix 1 chopped tomato. Make flat kebabs and shallow fry . Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
