Chane Ki Dal Aur Turai

One of my fave to enjoy with some ghee wali chapati , if u want u can skip turai and just make chane ki dal as well with some roti or rice.
Wash and Soak 1/2 cup of chane ki dal for 1 hour .
In a pressure cooker heat some oil , add a tsp of whole zeera and 2 slit green chillies , and 2 finely chopped onions ( use 1 if u want a dry masala) , and saute till it starts to turn golden. Add paste of 3 medium tomatoes ( use 1 if u want dry masala) , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam masala powder , half tsp haldi powder , 2 tsp red chilli powder and salt , saute well till oil comes up , add some chopped coriander and soaked chana dal along with 1 cup water . Pressure cook on high heat till first whistle and low heat for 7 mins . Let the pressure release and then add half cup of sliced turai and cook for  5 mins . Lastly add some chopped coriander and serve hot.
