Burrito Indiana

Burritos are mexican rolls wich mostly have rice as a filling along with chicken n veg . But heres my twist to the traditional burrito . Im sure ull love it.

For the chicken marination:- marinate 500 gms of boneless chicken cubes (boneless leg is preferable) with juice of 1 lime , 1 tbsp garlic paste half tbsp ginger paste , 3 tbsp dahi and 2 tbsp @safoods_aisha green pepper marinade . Let marinate for half hour and cook in a kadhai till done and do koyla dhungar .
The same marination can be used to make green pepper tikka, just grill it in a sigdi , its sooo delicious.

For the tortilla :- mix 1.5 cup maida , half cup wheat flour , salt , 1 egg , pinch of baking soda and knead it with a mix of milk and water , lastly apply little oil. Rest the dough for half hour and make slightly large size rotis and half roast it and keep aside

For the salad :- mix 1 cup chopped cabbage , 1 chopped cucumber , 1 chopped tomato , juice of half lime , half tsp chat masala , half tsp black pepper powder and salt , mix and keep aside

For the sauce:- grind together half cup dahi , half cup mayo , half chopped onion , some chopped coriander n mix , 2 green chillies salt and 1 tsp chat masala , grind just for 2 pulses. Your sauce is ready.

For assembling:- on the tortilla first put salad in the centre , followed by chicken, some mozzarella cheese , then sauce , first slightly fold from the sides and roll it tightly and grill it in a pan or griller with little butter. Serve hot with some ketchup
Ps. For followers out of india , you can grind some coriander , mint , green chilli , white pepper powder to a fine paste and use in place of the green pepper marinade.
For safood lovers u can follow the same recipe also with her peri peri and spicy marinade
