Buffalo Chicken Slider

Super easy recipe which is going to be loved by all . اِ نْ شَآ ءَ اللّهُ

Firstly boil 500 gm chicken with salt and 1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste . Shred and keep aside
To make garlic butter – Chopperise 6-7 cloves of garlic along with 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano and a pinch of salt . Once chopped add 2 tbsp butter and 100 ml oil . Chopperise more till combined .
In a Kadhai take 4 tbsp butter and 1/4th cup red chilli sauce , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp vinegar and little salt . Cook till it boils and add the chicken and cook till dry . Let cool and mix in half cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp oregano .

Take ladi pav and cut it open . Spread the chicken batter and close the pav . Apply garlic butter generously and cover with foil and bake in over at 230 degrees for half hour . ( if you want crisp then do not cover with foil and bake for 15-20 min .
