Buffalo Chicken Burger

First to make buffalo sauce- in a vessel heat 4 tbsp butter and add 1/4th cup red chilli sauce , 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp vinegar. Just mix and cook till a single boil and keep aside .
For coleslaw take 2 cup of mix of white and purple cabbage , mix in 1 cup mayo , salt , 2 tbsp mustard sauce and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside

Marinate 500 gm chicken ( cut into thin slabs , then hammered) with salt , half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 egg . Let marinate for half hour atleast .

To fry – take a pc of chicken and roll in plain Maida ( press well and knead the chicken pc in the Maida and then shake to remove extra flour ). Dip this in a bowl of water and repeat the chicken coating the same way . Deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp .

With the help of a brush apply buffalo sauce on the chicken . ( apply just before u make the burger or else it will make the chicken soggy )

On a toasted bun ( just apply butter on bun and slightly grill on tava ) put some coleslaw, then the chicken , put cheese slice if u. Want and microwave or put in oven just enough to melt the cheese ( u. Can also cover and cool on tava )
Cover with the top of the bun and serve hot immediately.
