Breaded Chicken Fingers
Super quick and delicious recipe for iftar .
Marinate 500 gm boneless chicken strips , with 1 egg, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp shezwan chutney , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 2 tsp vinegar, salt , 4 tbsp maida , 3 tbsp corn flour . Mix well and let marinate for half hour . Coat each strip with fresh bread crumbs or panko and deep fry till golden and crisp . Serve hot with a mix of 6 tbsp mayonnaise , 2 tbsp ketchup , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce.
