Bread Pudding
This again is one of the most made desserts at my end in Ramadan.
Take 1 litre of milk and put 6 slices of bread broken to pcs , put 3 eggs , 1 cup sugar and grind with hand blender .
Take a aluminum tray or any tray that you can cook on stove ( u can make this in the oven at 180° for 30 min as well but cooking on the stove makes it more delicious giving a dark brown caramelized layer at the bottom)
Pour the batter in the tray and sprinkle loads of masala milk powder ( simply grind kaju badam pista , saffron and elaichi powder to a rough powder)
Cover and cook on low heat . Keep shifting your tray so that the flame cooks each side equally. To check if the pudding is done check with a knife in the center and all sides . The knife should come out clean. You can eat this pudding hot also but it my end its preferred chilled.
