Brazilian Chocolate Delight

This is a musttttt try recipe guys. Very rich and flavourful.

Firstly mix 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp cornflour and 1 tin condensed milk ( 350-380gm) . Switch on heat and cook this till thick . You have to keep stirring and cooking for equal cooking and no lumps . Once thick , switch off heat and mix in 1 small cream ( 200-250gm) and mix well .
Immidiately divide the batter in 3 parts and in one part mix 100 gm white chocolate. In one part mix 100 gm dark chocolate and in the final part mix 4 tbsp milk powder and mix .
Cover and keep the two chocolate filling aside for two hours .
Beat 1 cup of whip cream and then beat in the milk powder filling . Keep this in the fridge for two hours.
To assemble first layer a transparent glass or a big bowl with the whipped filling . Then put a layer of dark chocolate filling . Then top with crumbled sponge cake or brownie . Sprinkle roasted nuts ( I’ve roasted in little butter ) ( you can also use fresh strawberries here instead of nuts in strawberry season ) top with white chocolate filling and then top with the whipped filling . Garnish with chopped or grated chocolate and chill for 2-3 hours in the fridge .

Serve chilled.
