Bohri Style Paaya Soup

This soup is mostly served in bohri thaals served at weddings . Youll love this Simple and delicious , lightly flavored soup.

Boil 1 paaya with 5 cups of water , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp garlic paste , salt and some whole garam masala , half tsp garam masala powder . Pressure cook till done ( i useually cook it on high heat for first whistle and low heat for half hour for small sized paayas)

Now in a seperate vessel heat 1 tbsp ghee , add 2 tsp maida , 1 chopped green chilli , 2 pinch black pepper powder and saute well . Switch off heat and strain and put the paaya stock in this . Blend with hand blender and cook till it boil for 2 mins . Switch off heat and add half cup milk and some chopped coriander and mint . Serve hot ( the paayas are not usually served with the soup, but u can serve it besides the soup or eat it as it is)
