Bohri Khurdi Soup

As I promised I’ll post this recipe soon , seeing u guys crazy after the bohri corn soup recipe . This is a mussttttttt try and my fave. This can be made with chicken and mutton so don’t miss this out in ur Eid delicacies.

Firstly boil 250 gms of chicken or mutton with bone in 1 litre water and add 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste , half tsp green chilli paste and salt . Pressure cook till the meat Is tender .

Take a vessel and put little oil and butter , add half tsp whole zeera , half tsp whole black pepper, 3-4 cloves , 2 elaichi , 2 tej patta , 1 badiyan, and 2 pcs dalchini and let crackle .
Add 2 tbsp of wheat flour ( I like this soup on the thin side as it’s served in most thaals , if u like thick then u can increase the quantity of flour )
Sauté till u get a nice roasted fragrance and then pour the meat with the stock ( if u wish to shred the meat then strain and keep the meat aside , if u want with bone then put it as it is ) cook for 5-7 mins after it boils . Then add a cup of milk and cook for 2 mins . Switch off heat and add a handful of chopped coriander and mint . Serve hottttt , you’re going to love this trust me , it tastes justtttt like we get in bohri thaals.
