Bhuni Hui Chaap
Very simple yet delicious .
Clean n wash 1 kg chaap , marinate with 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , half tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp garlic powder , salt and keep aside for 1 hr.
In a grinder , grind together , 8-10 cloves of garlic , 1 tbsp whole black pepper , 2 tsp zeera , 1 tsp saunf , 5 green chillies chopped, half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder . Dry grind all this to a powder .
Pressure cook the chaap till done.
In a kadhai take some oil, saute the powder we have made for a few sec , and transfer the cooked chaap to this . Saute well till the chaap is nicely coated , switch off heat and mix in juice of 1 big lime and lots of chopped coriander.
Can be served as a starter or as an accompaniment along with dal , chawal , kadi khichdi , or u can even have it along with some roti/ paratha.
