Bhuna Gosht

Pressure cook 1 kg of mutton with 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp garlic paste and salt to taste.dry any excess water.
In a kadhai heat oil , add 1 tbsp each of freshly ground black pepper and zeera (grind into rough powder)add 2-3chopped green chillies , saute and add the cooked mutton , stir fry well and add juice of 2 limes and lots of coriander and mint.
