Bheja Kabab / Brain Cutlet

This is really easy and super quick to make .
Boil 1 big or 3 small brains cleaned and washed, with salt and half tsp haldi powder . Let cool and cut into big cubes.
In a grinder jug blend together , 6-8 cloves of garlic , 1 inch ginger , 2 green chillies, juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp zeera , 1 tsp saunf , 1 tsp whole black pepper , some chopped coriander , salt and half tsp garam masala powder and blend to paste

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai , and saute the prepared paste for 2 mins add little water and cook the cut brains for 2 mins until well coated. Let cool

Pick each pc of brain and coat with bread crumbs then dip in egg and fry till golden .
Coat first with egg then crumbs for crisp version.
