Bhatyara Style White Korma

This is a super delicious gravy to enjoy with naan or rice . Also it’s v easy to make .

Firstly grind together 3 onions roughly chopped along with 12 green chillies to a fine paste .

Apply this paste on 1kg chicken /mutton along with 1.5 ginger paste ,2 tbsp garlic paste , salt to taste, juice of 1 lime , 1 cup dahi , 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder and mix well . Let marinate for 1 hour .
In a Kadhai ( or pressure cooker if using mutton ) heat some oil and put whole garam masala and the marinated meat . Cook till done .

In a pan roast 2 tbsp Maida aata till fragrant. Let cool and make slurry with 1 cup water and add this slurry to the gravy along with paste of 75 gm kaju and 1 cup milk . Cook for 5-7 mins more and adjust consistency with enough water to make your desired thickness of gravy . And then sprinkle lots of chopped coriander on top

In a pan heat some oil and add 4-5 slit green chilli and cook slightly. Pour this baghaar on the gravy over the chopped coriander and cook for 2 mins . Serve hot.
