Bhaji Gosht / Chicken

This is a gr8 dish to go along with chapati or parathas , ive made this with methi leaves , you can use any green leafy veg like spinach , a mix of methi , palak n cholai , etc.

If making with mutton take 500 gm mutton chana boti and pressure cook with salt and 1 teaspoon each of ginger garlic paste , cook till done and keep aside.

In a kadhai heat oil , add 1 tsp zeera, 2 kashmiri red chillies broken to pcs and let it crackle , add 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tbsp chopped ginger , 1 chopped onion , 6-7 chopped green chillies , saute well add 1 finely chopped tomato, 500 gm chicken cubes or the cooked mutton , cook well and add salt , 5 tbsp dahi , 1.5 tbsp koota hua dhanya , 1 tsp kooti saunf , 2 tsp garam masala powder (plz use my recipe garam masala ) 1 bunch of ur fave leafy veg , and cook for 2 min , add 1 cup of chopped spring onion greens and cook more till dry .
Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
