BBQ Nation Style Crispy Corn

Take 2 cup boiled corn and add salt to taste, half tsp black pepper powder, 6 tbsp corn flour, two tbsp Maida . Mix well and let marinate for 5-10 mins . Remove excess Maida with help of a sieve and deep fry in small batches till light golden and remove. Keep aside

Just before serving, refry the corn in small batches till dark golden and crisp. In a bowl put the fried corn , add 2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tap red chilli powder and some chopped onion and coriander and mix well and serve immediately or it will become soggy again.
