BBQ Chicken Samosa

You can make and freeze these for Ramadan.

In a Kadhai heat little oil and sauté 1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste till fragrant, add salt and 500 gm chicken keema . Sauté and put 1 tsp red chilli powder ,1 tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp vinegar and 4 tbsp bbq sauce ( any brand is fine , I have used Veeba) sauté and cook till done and dry . Let cool and mix in some chopped coriander and 200 gm mozzarella cheese ( if you do not want to add cheese you can also add some chopped mint , spring onion and chopped onion ) fill in samosa sheet or spring roll sheet and deep fry till golden and crisp . Serve hot.
