Bangkok Chicken

Cut 500 gm boneless chicken into strips and marinate with 1 egg , salt , 2tsp white pepper ,6 tbsp maida , 3tbsp cornflour and little water just so that the marinate coats the chicken well. Let marinate for few hrs then Deep fry till light golden.
Now in  a wok put little oil , 1tbsp chopped garlic ,3-4 fresh red chilli slit, 4-5 basil leaves sliced , saute little and add 4 tbsp oyster sauce , salt , 1 tsp white pepper ,1 tsp sugar and the fried chicken. Saute well and remove in serving plate and garnish with some fried sesame seeds and basil leaves ( just put some sliced leaves and sesame in a seive and Deep fry till crispy)Serve hot.
