Banana Brownie
Delicious chocolate brownie using bananas .
In a bowl mix together 1.5 cups of maida , half cup dark cocoa powder , 1.5 tsp baking soda , 1.5 tsp baking powder , 1.5 cup castor sugar and 2 pinch of salt. Keep aside
Make coffee with 1 cup water and 1 tsp coffee just cook till it boils and keep aside to cool
In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, then beat in 2 mashed bananas (use ripe ones ) , mix in the coffee we have prepared , half cup milk , half cup oil ( i use reqular sunflower oil) and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Now beat in the dry ingredients we had mixed earlier. ( the batter is thin compared to other batters so dont worry looking at the consistency) Bake in a greased tray at 180 degrees for about 25-30 mins check with toothpick , cook more if not baked well.
For the ganache ..In a bowl chop 250 gms of dark/milk chocolate , pour 250 ml of hot amul cream on top, and mix well till the chocolate is melted.
Spread the ganache on the cooled brownie and sprinkle some chocolate chips . Let set at room temperature for 2 hrs and serve as it is or along with some vanilla icecream.
