Bakery Style Chicken Puff

Bakeries usually have two versions of chicken puff . The regular white one is posted on my website. This is the red one from uncountable fillings in puffs that are available at different places.

Firstly boil 250 gm chicken with salt , half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste . Cook till done and shred and keep aside .

In. A Kadhai heat v little oil and add 2 chopped onions and sauté till soft , then add 2 finely chopped capsicum and sauté more till soft . Finally add 3 finely chopped tomatoes and salt . Cover and cook till soft . Add shredded chicken along with , 6 tbsp tomato ketchup, 3 tbsp red chilli sauce. 3 tbsp green chilli sauce , 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar , 1 tsp red chili flakes and cook well . Then add some chopped coriander and 100 gm grated processed cheese and cook till completely dry .

Let cool and fill in puff pastry sheets as you like and close with help of fork . Brush egg on top and sprinkle some kalongi and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees till golden and crisp.
