Bajrey Ki Roti And Urad Ki Dal

Yes one more winter recipe up for all of you . Winters make most of us hungry all the time . This recipe is a healthy recipe made specially in winter as the use of bajra and hara lassan both help fight the cold.
 Bajre ki roti is really very healthy you can have it with any sabzi . Or just put some ghee in  a pan and chopped gudh . Stir till melted . Have it with bajra roti it is just ahhmazzing . I’m drooling while typeing🤣
I make a very simple version of bajra roti . Just knead with little salt and water. Roll it with rolling pin with help of wheat flour(It just makes it easy to roll) and grill on tava . Remove and drizzle with Desi ghee 😋 this is simple to make comparatively to the bajra roti rolled with help of hands , u just Have to make sure not to press much while rolling.

For the urad dal . Take 1 tea cup of urad dal and put 3 cups of water , 1 tsp haldi , 1 tsp zeera , 1 tbsp oil and 5 green chillies . Pressure cook on high heat till first whistle and low heat for 5 min. Grind to paste add 250 cms of dahi , salt to taste , juice of 1 lime and cook well .sprinkle lots of chopped coriander on top of the dal and keep (don’t stir you have to pour the baghar on this )  make baghar with some Desi ghee and oil , 1 tbsp chopped garlic ,2 tbsp chopped hara lassan  2 chopped green chillies , 2 broken red chillies , 1 pinch hing , half tsp zeera and few curry leaves . Fry till golden and switch off heat. Mix half tsp red chilli powder . And pour on the dal . Cook for 2 more min .

You can have it separately as dal roti but I like to break the roti into small pcs in the plate then pour lots of dal on top and have it with a spoon😋
