Arabian Pudding

This is the most requested dessert recipe and you guys are surely going to pray for me once u try my easy no hassle recipe in sha Allah. That turns out just like we get in dhabas or restaurants

I’ve made a large batch , you can make half of this batch as well ( half batch serves 6-8)
I have made 7 containers from this if you wish u can make 2-3 trays as well but I prefer making these in containers.
In each container put two slices of bread ( sides removed) and keep aside.( total of 14 slices of a medium size bread will be used)

Then heat 1300 ml of milk ( please be precise in this for perfect texture) bring to boil and add 2 box of harniks or any brand creme caramel ( we don’t need the liquid caramel , we just need the powder for this recipe) and 3 tbsp condensed milk ,cook for 3 -4 min and pour over the bread in the container/tray . ( you should pour enough to drown the slices well and go slightly above the bread level)
Keep the boxes aside for half hour to set .

Meanwhile mix 250 ml of fresh cream , a generous pinch of saffron soaked in warm water , and 3 tbsp condensed milk . Mix well and keep in the fridge till your pudding is set .

Once the pudding is set spread a layer of the prepared cream on each box/ tray . Sprinkle some sliced almonds and close the container ( or wrap cling film if using tray ) and let chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Serve cold and let the complements pour in.
