Apple Chicken
This is another lip smacking indo Chinese dish for u guys . U can have it as a starter or even along with fried rice n noodles. You can use chicken lollipop or chicken wings or even boneless chicken strips for this recipe..
Marinate 500 gms chicken with 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp red chillipowder , half tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp white pepper powder , 1 tbsp vinegar , salt, 1egg and red colour. Let marinate for 2 hrs and mix 3 tbsp maida and 1.5 tbsp cornflour . Deep fry till golden.
In a wok heat little butter and oil, fry 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped onion , 1 chopped green chilli, add 2 tbsp shezwan chutney , 6 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp honey salt and half tsp white pepperpowder , And saute . Add the fried chicken and 1/4th cup water. And cook till dry. Serve hot.
