Angoori Cheese and Chicken Toasties

This filling can be used to fill samosas and spring rolls too to freeze for Ramadan.

In a Kadhai heat little oil and butter , sauté 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , salt and half tsp black pepper powder . Add 250 gm chicken keema and sauté well . Add half cup corn and sauté . Add 5 tbsp maida and sauté . Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup water and cook on low heat so that there are no lumps . Once well mixed , add 200 gm chopped processed cheese and cook little ( if u do not like chunks of cheese then you can add grated cheese ) lastly add a chopped capsicum and some chopped coriander and switch off heat .

Apply on slices of your choice of bread or pav. Bake to desired crispness at 230 degree. Serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce.
