Anda (Egg) Masala

This is not the usual boiled egg masala that’s usually made … this is like a semi gravy dish can be eaten for breakfast lunch or dinner . For the bheja masala lovers this appears just like bheja masala . For the others it might appear like paneer masala . A must try recipe .
In a kadhai heat oil and add 2 slit green chillies, 3 chopped onions and fry till it starts to turn golden. Add 2 tsp garlic paste salt to taste, 2 tsp dhanya pwdr , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder 1.5 tsp red chilli powder saute well add 1 cup water and some chopped coriander and cook for 5 mins till a nice smooth gravy is formed . Add half cup more water and mix well . Now one by one put 3 broken eggs on the gravy a little far from each other ( you don’t have to beat the egg just break n put directly) now with your spoon just make little spaces for the egg to go inside the gravy (make sure you don’t break the yolk) now cover and cook for 5 min on low heat . After  5 min you will notice the egg is almost cooked… break the egg into big pcs with your spoon and stir very slowly . Cover and cook again for 2 -3 mins and lastly add lots of chopped coriander. Serve hot with chapati

Ps. It was a little difficult to explain the process in words . Incase u din understand u can msg me for any queries😊
