Al Faham Chicken

This is a must try recipe for all you grilled chicken  lovers,  taste delicious  along with hummus and pita  bread .
I’ve made the recipe with whole chicken  u can use tandoori  pcs or smaller pcs according  to your preference.
In a grinder  , blend together  , 4 whole red chillies , half inch ginger , 8-9 , cloves of garlic, juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp vinegar,  half tsp garam masala  powder  , 1 small tomato   1 small onion , 1 tsp black pepper  powder , 8 tbsp olive oil and salt . Grind to a fine paste and apply to 1 whole chicken pricked well with a fork ( around 1.5 kg) do koyla dhungaar and  let marinate  overnight  and grill in oven at 220 degrees for half hour or till done. Lastly  roast over direct flame for charred effect and serve hot.
