Achaari Tandoori

Marinate 1 kg chicken pieces with half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp garlic paste , lime juice from 2 limes , salt , 2 tsp mustard oil and keep aside .

Blend together, 3 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , 2 tsp saunf , 1 tsp kalongi , 2 tsp chat masala , 1 tsp garam masala powder , half tsp haldi , 1 tbsp Kasoori methi , and blend for just 1 pulse .

Add this powder to the Chiken along with a cup of dahi and roasted chana aata (in 1 tbsp oil or ghee roast 1 tbsp chana aata) . Mix everything well and let marinate for 2 hours or preferably overnight . Cook in a vessel or grill pan till done and slightly char on direct flame with a piece of coal . Serve hot with green chutney.
