Achaari Sabzi
In a kadhai heat oil , add few curry leaves 3-4 green chillies slit , half tsp each of rai, kalonji , saunf , zeera and pinch of heeng . Let crackle and add 2 tsp garlic paste and saute well . Add half tsp haldi and put 1 plate full of mix of cauliflower , diced potato , green peas (you can add your choice of veg) add salt and cover and cook on low heat till almost done , add 1 capcicum cubed 2 tomatoes cubed , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tbsp koota dhanya and saute well . Add 4 tbsp dahi and cook till dry . Add lots of chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati or along with dal rice.
