Achaar Gosh / Chicken

This is a really simple and quick gravy recipe for the busy and lazy days
For the achaar masala … in a bowl mix together 3 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp zeera powder , 2 tsp dhanya powder , 2 tsp chaat masala powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tsp saunf , 1 tsp kalonji , half tsp zeera and half tsp haldi powder . Mix and keep aside

Heat oil in a vessel add 1.5tbsp ginger paste , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste and saute little then add 2 box tomato puree (tomato puree is a must in this recipe , tomatoes won’t give the same taste) saute and add the entire achaar masala we have made , then add 250 gms dahi and salt to taste, saute and add 500-750gm mutton and cook till done  lastly add juice of 1 lime , few green chillies slit and lots of chopped coriander. Serve hot with rice or naan.
