Aaloo Matar Bhatura

For the bhatura knead 1 cup wheat flour , 1 cup maida , 3 tbsp rava , 3 tbsp dahi , 2 pinch baking soda , 1 tbsp ghee , 1 tbsp sugar and salt . Mix well Nd knead with water to a soft dough and lastly apply some oil. Keep covered for half hour and make thick rotis and deep fry in really hot oil till golden .

For aloo matar … In a kadhai heat oil add a pinch of hing , half tsp whole zeera , 1 chopped onion and saute till slight golden , add 1 finely chopped capcicum , 2 big finely chopped tomatoes, salt and 1.5 tsp garlic paste . Saute well and add 1.5 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp haldi powder , half tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp dhanya powder and some chopped coriander , cook well and add 1 cup green peas and 1 cup diced potato . Cover and cook till done .
In a bowl mix 4 tbsp dahi , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , half tsp chat masala powder , 1 tsp pani puri masala and 2 tsp chana aata .
Add this mix to the gravy and cook till oil comes up. Lastly add 1 tsp garam masala powder , lots of chopped coriander and mix well . Cook for a min and serve hot with bhatura or puri or chapati.
