Kabab Pav

Grind together 10-12 cloves of garlic roughly chopped , 1 inch ginger sliced , 6 green chillies roughly chopped, 1 tbsp whole black pepper , 2 tbsp saunf,1 tbsp zeera . Grind without any water . Keep grinding and remove from sides and mix . This way u will get a nice roughly ground texture (add 1 tbsp water if the spices are staying whole and not grinding )
Add the above to 250 gm of keema ,add1 small chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes , salt , 1 egg , 6 tbsp bajra aata , 4 tbsp gehu aata , 2 tbsp koota Hua dhanya , 1 cup chopped spring onion , juice of 2 lime , lots of chopped coriander n mint . Mix well and let marinate for half hour .deep Fry small balls like bhajiya (fry few pcs at a time , if you feel the kabab is breaking add a few spoon of bajra aata)and serve hot with lambe pav. Put 3 kababs between 1 pav , squeeze some lime and have with ketchup😋
