Basil Chicken / Fish / Prawns

One more recipe up for all you Chinese lovers❤
Marination ….. marinate 500 gm chicken strips with 2 tsp garlic  paste , 1 egg , salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 2 tsp soya sauce , 2 tbsp chilli sauce , 2tbsp vinager , pinch of red colour , 4 tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour . Marinate for half hour and deep fry and keep aside.
For the sauce .. heat oil in a kadhai and add 3-4 sliced basil leaves , saute little and add a fist of cashews , fry till colour changes and add 1 tbsp garlic  chopped and half tbsp ginger chopped , saute and add red paste ( grind 3 Kashmiri red chillies along with half cup tomato ketchup , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tbsp vinager , 2 tbsp chilli sauce , half tsp white pepper powder , 2 tbsp honey and a pinch of red colour to fine paste) saute and add little sliced onion and capcicum then toss the fried chicken and add 8-10 Basil leaves whole and saute for a min . Serve hot 😋😋
