Aloo Pyaz Ki Sabzi
This is a really quick sabzi . One of my fave sabzi infact . Can be had along with chapati or toor dal khichdi .
In a vessel heat oil and add half tsp whole zeera , pinch of hing and 4 sliced onions and 2 potatoes cut to cubes . Saute for a min and cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 min . When the onions turn soft add 2 tsp garlic paste , salt , 2 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam masala powder . Saute well and cover and cook for 5 min on low heat. Keep stirring in between . We are not adding water to this . The onion and potatoes will cook in their own juices . Once the potatoes are done add slit green chillies and chopped coriander. Serve hot😋
