Mutton Samosas

Take 250 gms keema in a kadhai and put 2 tsp garlic paste and 2 tsp ginger paste , salt , 4 chopped green chillies (or more if u like spicy) half tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder . Cook well till keema is completely dry . Let cool then mix in juice of 1 lime ,1 small onion chopped , 1 cup chopped spring onion , lots of chopped coriander and mint . Fill in samosa sheets . Fry on low heat till golden ( frying on low heat makes sure  each layer of the samosa patti gets crisp . Inshallah the samosas will stay crisp for a long time)
Serve hot with a dash of lime and some ketchup or chutney😋
