Chicken Zinger Burger

For the chicken . . . Cut 500 gm chicken to thin squares the size of your bun . Hammer the chicken a little(This makes the marination go deep inside and make the chicken really juicy ) and marinate with  1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp vinager, 4 tbsp chilli garlic sauce , 4 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tsp chìlli flakes, half tsp white pepper powder, 4 tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 egg and few spoons of water just to coat chicken well with all ing. Marinate for 2 hrs.

In a bowl mix together 8 tbsp of maida, 4 tbsp corn flour , 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano, half tsp white pepper , 6 tbsp fresh bread crumbs or Panko and salt to taste .
Coat the chicken well  with the dry ing and fry till golden. (You can store this mix in the freezer for months and use for coating many fried items)

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the chicken on medium heat . Cover the kadhai with a plate and fry for 2-3 mins on each side coverd… this really makes the chicken more juicy and tender 😋

To assemble … apply little butter on the buns and grill on a pan till light golden . Put the fried chicken on the lower part of bun , followed by iceberg lettuce and a generous amount of mayo . ( you can also add some jalapenos and cheeze slice to make more tastier …. If using cheese then put cheeze on the upper bun and grill on tava coverd . Just for a min on very low heat so that the cheese melts.) Serve piping hot with some fries.
