For the cake above I have used 1.5 portion of my chocolate cake recipe … 1 portion of chocolate pudding recipe and 1 portion of my ganache recipe . Making a whopping 3 kg cake .

For assembling… make the cake in 2 round 12 inch cake pans and let cool .
Cut each cake into 3 layers .
In the cake pan ( you have to use the one in which you can remove the base) put a layer of cake and drizzle some sugar syrup ( cook 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water till the colour changes slightly) put a layer of pudding . Repeat the same ending with chocolate cake .
You will now have 2 cakes with 3 layers of cake each.
Stack the cake on top of each other . And spread 3/4th of the ganache on top.
USE the remaining ganache to stick the chocho sticks using it as a glue to stick on the walls of the cake.
Tie the cake with a ribbon and poke the chocolate triangles on top of the cake.
For the chocolate triangles… melt chocolate and spread on butter paper in a thick layer. Let cool for 5 min . When it starts setting cut the chocolate into rough triangles. Let the chocolate cool completely ( you can just put in the fridge for few mins ) and remove each triangle easily.
