Homemade Mayonaisse

In your grinders small jug grind 1 egg for few seconds(make Sure your jug is completely dry) add salt to taste , 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vinager( or lime juice) grind well for few seconds.
We need 1 cup or about 125 ml of oil (yes that’s why mayonaisse is so fatteningšŸ™ˆ) Keep grinding for few seconds then add about 1 tbsp oil , grind again few seconds then add 1 tbsp oil . Keep repeating till your oil is over and mayonaisse is thick . This makes half cup of mayonaisse. Keep in fridge for half hour the mayo will become more thick .
Tip. You can add mustard paste or garlic or pepper or herbs along with the salt to make flavoured mayonaisse.
