Baingan Ka Bharta
Take 1 big baingan and grease with oil , roast on direct flame on low heat and keep turning the baingan , till the entire baingan is cooked . Place the baingan In a bowl of water for 2 min and remove the skin. With the help of the stem mash the baingan well and keep aside.
In a kadhai put little oil , pinch of heeng , half tsp whole zeera , 2 green chilli slit , 1 chopped onion and fry till soft , add 2 chopped tomatoes and add salt , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldipowder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder and half tsp garam masala powder. Cook well and add the mashed baingan . Add some chopped coriander and cook for 2 more min. Serve hot with chapati.
