Paneer Bhurji Gravy

So guys this recipe has quite a few steps but trust me once u try it , ull just fall in love with it.
In a kadhai put oil and 10-12 garlic cloves chopped , fry till nice golden like barista , then  add 1 onion chopped . Saute till soft and grind this garlic onion mix to a fine paste.
Put the paste back in the same kadhai and put 1 box tomato puree , salt , half tsp haldi , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tbsp cream and half tsp garammasala powder. Cook well and remove in a bowl.
In the same kadhai heat oil , add 1 tsp whole zeera , 2 green chillies chopped ,1 onion chopped and saute for a min , add 2 tomatoes chopped , half tsp ginger paste, 1 big capcicum chopped , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , salt , and a fist of chopped methi leaves , add the gravy we prepared before and saute. Finally add 300 gm crumbled paneer and cook . Lastly add chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati or garlic  naan (you can follow my recipe for garlic naan)
