Tandoori Fish Fry
In a grinder blend together …. 8-10 cloves of garlic , little chopped coriander , 2 green chillies , 3 tbsp tandoori masala , juice of 2 limes , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , salt to taste and a pinch of red colour. Grind to a fine paste and mix in 2 tbsp yogurt.
Marinate 500 gm of fish of your choice with the above masala and do koyla baghar. Let marinate for few hrs.
Remove excess masala and fry the fish till done.
Saute the remaining masala in the same oil and serve along with the fish. Serve hot with green chutney or chapati or paratha.
