Prawns / Fish / Chicken Koliwada

Clean and wash 500 gms of prawns and strain all excess water. Now in  a bowl put the prawns , salt to taste , juice of 2 limes, 2 tsp red chilli powder , half spoon haldi, 1 tsp dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder, 2 pinch ajwain, half tsp saunf, 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 tsp garlic paste some chopped coriander and a pinch of red colour. Mix well and let marinate for few hrs. Now mix in 1 tbsp each of chana aata, rice flour, maida aata, corn flour . Deep fry till crispy then sprinkle chat masala on top and serve hot with some green chutney.
